I received 2 Master’s Degrees in counseling from The Naropa Institute.
I have worked in the Boulder County Health Field for over 20 years;
I have been a psychotherapist since 2001.
Currently I have a Parenting Class, based out of London, that has a world wide viewership with Concious 2.
I am an adjunct professor at Naropa University, teaching Human Development in their M.A. Transpersonal Psychology Program.
I teach a teen girl’s group called Bodies and Boundaries. This group of girls explore physical and emotional changes; learning and being curious as to what each girl's boundaries are, and why.
I teach a girl’s group called Happy To Be Me. This is a fun, therapeutic workshop series for young girls. HTBM focuses on building self-esteem and wholeness through movement, creativity, and awareness.

I worked at Boulder County Child Protection Services on the Crisis Team, and worked therapeutically with children having experienced abuse and neglect.
I was one of the founding members (along with Ken Wilber)] of the Integral Institute.
I have worked as an adjunct speaker at The Naropa Institute on Attachment Theory & teaching Ken Wilber’s Integral Model.
I have taught dance and movement for the past 20 years in Boulder, Colorado.
I have been a lead teacher at Shambhala Mountain Center for their annual Family Camp for the last several years.
I am a meditation instructor.
I previously worked at Boulder County Mental Health as a counselor at Friendship House.
I previously was a victim's advocate at SafeHouse in Boulder.
